Configuring Number of Licensed Users
The number of licensed users for each customer is initially configured in the Onboarding wizard. You can then later update this number according to tenant service requirements.
This action is only available for the Direct Routing service.
| ➢ | To configure the number of licensed users: |
| 1. | In the All Services page, select the desired service and then click Edit. |
| 2. | Enter the number of users that you wish to assign and then click Save. |
